Shipping Policy
We deliver our products all around the world. The chart below indicates the costs for the main destinations.
Please be aware that customs duties for deliveries outside the United Kingdom are not included in our prices and must be paid to the courier upon delivery of your product. You will be responsible for your country's import fees. This means payment may be necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. Unfortunately, we cannot advise on the amount as this varies between countries. Please note, any parcels returned to us with unpaid import fees may incur a charge.

Your order is shipping from the UK. Please enter your shipping address in English alphabet characters so that we can post your order with our couriers. If we receive them in Japanese your order may be cancelled.

ご注文された商品はUKより発送いたします。お届け先の住所は、日本語ではなくアルファベット表記にて英語でご記入ください。お届け先の住所を日本語表記でご記入された場合は、ご注文をキャンセルさせていただく可能性がございます。
We dispatch all standard delivery orders within 3 days (Monday – Friday) with the exception of sale and peak periods which may take longer.
Please note that our website to warehouse system is automated so an order is final as soon as it is placed and cannot be amended or cancelled.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Feel free to contact us at hello@beauloves.co.uk if you have any further questions or concerns regarding your shipment.
Our packages are shipped with UPS, TNT and other local couriers and a signature may be required on receipt. If you are not home to receive delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a calling card. Alternatively, the courier may attempt delivery two more times.
Unfortunately, we are unable to change a delivery address once the order has been dispatched. If you change the delivery address, there will be an additional charge, which you will have to pay to the courier company directly upon delivery.
If the parcel is damaged when it arrives, please let us know within 24 hours and we will contact the courier company.
