Your order is usually posted Recorded Delivery from us every Monday and Friday. Delivery time within the UK is 2-4 days, outside of the UK 4-10 days.For International shipping If postage cost does not cover delivery, we will send you a PayPal invoice for the difference. If you have any questions please feel free to contact us.

An automatic order confirmation will be sent to the email address you registered with, when you place your order with Beau LOves.

RETURNS

Beau LOves apply a 14 days right of return policy. Returned items must be unused and unwashed in original packaging. 7 days return on sale items. Unfortunately we cannot take responsibility for shipping costs.

Please contact us via hello@beauloves.co.uk typing ‘ RETURN’ in subject bar. Please inform us why the item is being returned, i.e. faulty, damaged, wrong size, followed by your customer Order Number. This can be found on the invoice slip sent with your item. Please also indicate if you would like a refund, exchange or credit note.
